Our Story

About Me Hi, I’m Joseph. By day, I’m a tech enthusiast exploring the frontiers of AI and coding. By night (and early morning), I am the proud human to Ace, a Singapore Special with a big personality.

Ace came into my life on July 23, 2023 (with an estimated birthday of Feb 9, 2023). Adopting a stray dog in Singapore is a unique journey filled with distinct challenges and immense rewards. Living with Ace is my documentation of that journey—from the training breakthroughs to the chaotic moments that no one warns you about.

Why this blog? I built this site as a playground to experiment with new AI tools (it’s built on Cursor IDE, Sanity CMS, and Vercel!), but it has a bigger purpose. I want to share the honest reality of raising a Singapore Special. My hope is that by sharing our learnings, potential adopters can feel better prepared to welcome a rescue dog into their own homes.
